Write to us

Email hello@humanstogether.team.

We answer Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern time, and send a first reply within one business day.

Tell us your company’s web address, what you were doing, and what the page said. Never forward a sign-in link: anyone holding an unused one can sign in with it.

Your company’s admins

Your company’s admins add people, set who holds which role, and mark someone as left, so many questions are answered fastest by them. Your team’s lead can help with your team’s work and its check-ins.

Common questions

I did not get my sign-in link

Sign in at your company’s own address, such as yourcompany.humanstogether.team, with the email address your company added you under. Links come from hello@humanstogether.team, work once, and expire after 30 minutes, so check your spam folder and ask for a new one if it has expired. The page says “If that address belongs to this company, a sign-in link has been requested.” whether or not it does, so that nobody can use it to find out who works where. If no link arrives, ask your company’s admins which address you were added under.

The page says there is no company at this address

Every company signs in at its own address under humanstogether.team. Check the address your company uses, or ask one of its admins for it.

Someone has left

An admin opens People, presses They have left beside that person, and confirms. They can no longer sign in, the roles they held are vacated so their work waits for the next person, and everything they wrote keeps their name.

Zoom

How to connect Zoom, use it, and remove it, what to check when a transcript does not come in, and what happens to your data when you disconnect, are all on the Zoom app page.

Your information

What we store, who processes it and how long it stays are in the privacy policy, and how to ask to see, correct or delete your information is in its section on your rights.
