Humans Together
Terms of service
The terms on which a company uses Humans Together, written to be read.
Last updated 5 October 2026
These terms
These terms are an agreement between Humans Together LLC and the company that subscribes to Humans Together, which we call “your company”. Whoever accepts them on your company’s behalf confirms having the authority to do so.
Humans Together is run by Humans Together LLC, 7832 91st St, Seminole, FL 33777. Wherever these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Humans Together LLC.
If your company has signed an order form or a separate agreement with us, that document wins wherever it differs from these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.
The service
Humans Together is a team operating system: your company’s Guide, its Plan, the work, and the check-ins where people review them. Your company has its own web address under humanstogether.team, and everyone in it signs in there.
There is no public sign-up. We create your company and its first admin when you become a customer, and your company’s admins add everyone else.
Your company and its people
- Each person has their own account, which belongs to your company alone.
- People sign in with a link emailed to them. Keep those links to yourself: anyone holding an unused link can sign in with it.
- Your company’s admins decide who is added, which roles they hold, and when someone is marked as left. Your company is responsible for what the people it adds do here.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has reached your company’s information who should not have.
Your content
Everything your company writes here, and every recording it adds, is your company’s. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people in your company who are allowed to see it, only to run Humans Together for you, including through the companies named in our privacy policy.
You confirm your company has the right to put it here, and that doing so breaks no law and no promise to anyone.
Recording a check-in
Before a recording is added to a check-in, or a check-in is linked to a Zoom meeting, the person doing it confirms that everyone in the check-in knew it was recorded, and we store who confirmed it and when. A Zoom link’s confirmation covers every meeting held on it after that. That confirmation is your company’s promise. The laws on recording conversations differ between countries and states, and following them where your people are is your company’s responsibility.
Summaries and suggestions
The summaries and suggestions Humans Together writes after a recorded check-in are generated by an AI model, and they can be wrong. A suggestion changes nothing until the person running the check-in approves it, so read each one before you approve it.
Fair use
Please do not:
- use Humans Together for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm anyone;
- try to reach another company’s information, or to get around how access works inside your own;
- probe, test or overload the service without our written agreement;
- resell the service, or copy it to build a competing one.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Zoom and other services
Some parts of Humans Together work with services your company uses, such as Zoom. Your company’s use of those services is under their own terms. Connecting or disconnecting Zoom is your company’s choice, and the Zoom app page explains what happens either way.
Fees
The fees, and how and when they are billed and paid, are as agreed in your company’s order form.
Availability and support
We work to keep Humans Together running and your company’s information safe. We make no commitment to a level of uptime. When we plan work on the service, we announce it ahead of time whenever we can.
The support page says how to reach us.
Ending
A subscription runs month to month. Your company or we can end it at any time by giving the other 30 days’ notice.
When the subscription ends, your company’s information is deleted within 30 days, and a copy is available on request before then, as the privacy policy says.
Warranties and liability
Humans Together is provided as is.
Each side’s liability to the other is capped at the fees your company paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes, law and contact
When these terms change, we email every company’s admins 30 days before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and disputes about them are heard in Pinellas County, Florida.
Questions about these terms go to hello@humanstogether.team.
